History

DaGiau Consulting was founded by its principal consultant and president, Tony DaGiau. He brings 15 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, and Information Technology. Tony got his start in CRM on the client side, implementing an early version of Oracle CRM as part of a sales and marketing transformation that led to a 20% increase in annual revenue.

Through this experience, he saw the challenges posed by automating people-centric processes and the benefits that can be gained by leading CRM efforts with business concerns and objectives over technology.

After seeing the positive results of the CRM program materialize, Tony entered the field of consulting, first with a firm specializing in Oracle Applications. After completing a project that created a 125% improvement in process throughput, he founded DaGiau Consulting with a mission to leverage his skills in sales and marketing process and strategy in combination with growing expertise in Oracle Applications to help clients achieve bottom line performance gains from Oracle CRM implementations.
